PRODUCTION
Our production is located in Saaremaa, Estonia. Ships have been built in Saaremaa for centuries, and shipbuilding skills have been passed along from generation to generation. Our company eployes around 100 skilled boatbuilders, who build luxury yachts and sailing yachts with length up to 120 feet. We use new technologies in our production, that ensure the best quality for our boats and are environmentally friendly. We have ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 9001 quality management standard certificate.
Our production has a great emphasis on quality and customer wishes. Since we manufacture most of the details on site, we can be flexible regarding the customer's requests. Below we have briefly outlined some of our most important manufacturing technologies and processes.
Poseidon 5-axis milling station
Our Poseidon 5-axis milling station has the capacity of milling molds up to 26 meters in length. Thanks to this we can develop new motor- and sailyacht models in house.
Carpentry
We produce all the furnishings from start to finish in our own workshop, this ensures that the best quality furniture goes into the boats.
Pools for testing
We have two pools in our production facilities, which are used to test each boat before handing it over to the customer. In the pool we ensure that there are no water leaks and that all systems are working correctly. This guarantees the quality and reliability of our boats.
Green energy
We have a 300 kw solar park, which covers nearly 50% of our electricity consumption.
Vacuum infusion technology
We have utilized vacuum infusion since 2006 for GRP and carbon fiber composite as it allows us to develop the most sophisticated hull component. The method enhances the structural performance by providing increased strength, stiffness and distribution of loads and stresses to the material. Furthermore, it is a sealed process that is both safe and environmentally friendly as it emits no harmful substances.
